Here are 3 kinds of musical theater,
Opera - Opera is a musical theater, Opera is when actors sing their lines and no dialogue.
Mime - Mime is when a mimer cannot talk but they can only use hand/body language to communicate.
Musicals - Musicals are when there are dialogues and have singing music.
