Today I learned about the 4 parts of Hauora and how to say them in Maori.
My physical wellbeing (Taha Tinana) is in good shape since I haven't got any injuries. The things that I do well to look after my Taha Tinana are exercising every now and then for 30 minutes.
The things that I could do better for my physical wellbeing are eating a bit more healthy.
This dimension is one of the 4 dimensions that I don't need to work on.
